Con Musica Studio is the private music studio of Kym Sash Mc: pianist, vocal coach, piano teacher, music director, composer, and arranger.

Kym currently lives, works and teaches across Melbourne and Brisbane, Australia.

Kym Sash Mc is a qualified and experienced musician and educator, holding a Graduate Certificate in Music Studies (Voice Pedagogy) and a Bachelor of Music (Piano), alongside over 10 years of teaching experience and more than 20 years of performance experience.

As a teacher and coach, she has worked internationally with students from 4 -70+ years old, including students with special needs and students with limited English.

As a music director and collaborative pianist, Kym recently worked on Fringe cabaret Power, Language and Love (2022). Prior to the lockdowns, while living in Berlin throughout 2019-20 she played keys for several musical theatre open mic nights (at The Tipsy Bear), the Berlin Musicals production of Songs for a New World and the Unrehearsed Musicals workshop of RENT. She also has a range of experience accompanying other performances, exams, and choirs, of all styles and levels.

Kym spent her time in Berlin collaborating with various Europe-based musicians, alongside completing the Summer Program for Electronic Music Production and Audio Engineering with dBs Berlin in the infamous Funkhaus - one of the largest multi-studio complexes in the world.

She is Co-Founder and Co-Director of Audition Vocal Toolbox, a start-up dedicated to providing voice training tools and resources to all voice users to encourage healthy and effective phonation. In 2022 she co-led the release of the Audition Vocal Toolbox app, a mobile app designed for singers as a voice warm-up and training tool.

Kym has also written, music directed and produced her own original musical theatre song cycle entitled Thanks for Playing... and Other Ways to say goodbye. One of the songs from this song cycle was featured when she was invited to be a guest composer for a Women in Musical Theatre performance in Paris (2016).
